As per my previous note i finally got the BAD Ass MASS.. i intend to to up my protein whilst im on it but not too sure which protein to get ive got my eye on SYntrax Matrix 5.0 or Boditronics Express Whey ive heard good reviews for both but not sure which one to go for so i want your advice guys. Especiallys those peeps to have actually tried these proteins. I think personally syntrax would the better choice as its a protein blend which has a mixture of fast and slow absorbing proteins which would be ideal but i want your advice on this. Im also thinking would i be better taking a mass gainer or a pure protein whilst im on it as ive read that you need to up your carbs and calaroies whilst your on it for it to be effective.
