My opinion is that weight gainers are fluff.

Make your own weight gainer shake... milk, peanut butter, some whey protein, a banana (or better yet, some berries!), and some oats. Blend, add some ice, and then blend again. Yum yum.

Whole foods are better 99.9% of the time, and that is a fact i just made up. :)

I tend to agree with this statement. If you really can't force feed enough and still reach your daily caloric goal, check out ON pro complex gainer.

Ill second the homemade gainer. Its a hell of a lot cheaper and probably quite a bit healthier than store bought gainer. If you lift you should already have whey more than likely. So just get some oats for like $3 throw in a little natural peanut butter and viola! You can control the carbs a lot better this way also.

We are talking about a minute more... you dont have a minute to make a shake and blend it?

My main thing is portability and milk doesnt like to be carried around for long periods of time in a warm environment.

I eat pretty clean. I honestly dont know what my caloric intake is though right now. But it definitely does NOT have room for 900 calories.

What are you guys all on about if you cutting of course your not going to use a weight gainer.. and as most people with common sense know you only use a weight gainer if you struggle to get extra calories in,

Sorry to rant but im sure you catch my point
