I need some quality fish oil.

I've been taking ON's Fish Oil caps but I'm just about out. Fish oil is one of the supplements I know very little about. My main question is, how can I tell a good quality product from a bad one? Does it really matter or can I get the same benefits out of the cheap crap from Wal-Mart, etc?

IMO fish oil is fish oil - they all contain omega-3 fatty acids!
I jsut buy the cheapest brand.

I like ON's because it has the coating on it so you dont get that after burp/taste. I mean its not 100% full proof but it helps a lot

That after burp taste is a reflux.
The more expensive pills say "no fishy reflux" on the bottle but
if it dosn't bother you, just go for the cheap ones.

Right but it does bother me a bit ecspecialy when Im meeting with some one or presenting or something of that nature. I can suck it up but for 5 bucks why not go with the enteric coated softgels. Just my pref
