doesnt really matter what powder u take but the weightgainer is obviously better for gaining weight than whey as it has more calories but you could buy some dextrose and mix than with whey and make ur own weight gainer but you dont need to swap around powders.

hello fellow lifter,, yes you should bother with carbs, but you should be aware of which carbs your ingesting, 50 grams of carbs in a bulk drink is pretty low , what is the sugar index on your container for carbs? that is more the factor in your carb intake over the amount per say, and as for the protein change up really if your using a whey based powder your fine sticking with it, however changing up the flavor will make it less mundane, other wise stick with whey all the whey,, lol...

figured as much,, look at the sugar count,, 11.6 grams out of 24.2 leaves you with a astounding 12.6 grams of good carbs... not the ideal if you looking for a solid carb intake, but i have seen worse,, you could always whip up one of your own using waxy maize for the carbs and some whey protein, plus you would be getting way more servings this way compared to the one your currently using..
