I was talking to the owner of a supplement shop and he said that creatine ethel ester is about 300 times as powerfull as monohydrate.

does anyone know which would be better and what the difference is? and is that 300 times aload of crap?

Yeah it's a load of crap. CrM over CEE any day, CEE breaks down into creatinine at a much faster than CrM and you do not want that.

CEE is ****, i took it 4 about a month an to tell u the truth it made me halucinate seein **** just be4 i went 2 sleep, the last time i took it i felt sumthin hit me 1 lash on my face an i jump outta my bed an went in my mom bedroom, dont take it seriously dat **** will kill ya i find CEE shud be a drug on d streets gud 4 halucination etc... Mono is d best 1 eva. big up
