hey guys... just want to ask about the topic.
here are my questions:

1. Where can I get dextrose and maltodextrin? I have no idea what they are...

2. if I have creatine and protein shake, how many dextrose/maltodextrin should I put on my shake..

First off welcome to the dungeon,

You can buy dextrose/maltodextrins from a few places i get mine from a baking goods store $3NZ for 1kg i think chemists can get it to and a few supermarkets stock it they might sell it as glucose just check on the back and it should say dextrose monohydrate or something like that,

In your protein shake 50-70g of either is the usual amount i usually stay around 50g its bloody sweet,

NOW foods is gonna give you the best deal on dextrose and maltodextrin. just search google to find the cheapest site. you need more carbs in your post workout than you do protein. 30g whey iso, 10g casein, 30g malto, 30g dextrose.
