Well here's the deal guys I'm sitting at 275 right now and I play Defensive end so i got to get down to 255. But i want to keep my muscle. I know you cant lose weight and gain muscle at the same time so I have to lose the weight first. Couple questions. Should i still take protein shakes before and after workouts as well as before bed? also i wanted to start taking Creatine again to get stronger but would it be a waste of time to take it if I'm losing weight? by the way I will be taking Hydroxycut Hardcore to speed up the process. Thanks for any answers guys!

The one thing that is going to have the greatest effect on you losing fat is your diet. Hydroxycut only helps a little bit. You should be doing more cardio and start to cut back your calories a little bit, although you need to make sure you are still getting enough protein.

Creatine would be good because it will help you recover faster. Try posting in the nutrition section, there will be more help there.

ah don't worry about deleting it, its not a big deal. you'll probably get more replied this way anyways.

also it wouldn't be a bad idea to talk to you coach about getting a nutritional consultation to figure out what you should be doing too. because the internet isn't always good at giving direct answers.

i wouldnt waste the money on hydroxycut... it takes a good 3 bottles in a row to see significant results and thats around $150. i think you can do just as much by splitting your cardio up twice a day once morning with a slower pace/higher resistance so you dont deplete your glycogen levels. then afternoon or evening hit the cardio hard. 20-30 mins each. the cardio in the morning is key to energy and metabolism for the rest of the day. keep the creatine, you might have extra water weight with it but only about 5 lbs max, and it can be cut almost immediately oonce you stop using it. speaking of water, drink whenever you can. again you may keep around 3-5 lbs extra, but it will help in the long run.
best of luck

Protein 24 pre work out. 48 post

creatine 5g pre 5g post

fish oil 2 tab in the morning

casien protein 24g before bed

amino acids 3 tabs 3 times a day with my meals

as far as nutrition and food im still at a blurr ive never counted calories nor took a serious diet before. how many calories do i need a day to lose weight? stats..

what are some good pointers? What i need to know is what exactly should i eat for breakfest lunch and dinner as well as the inbetween meals and i would be able to eat that same stuff every day can some one help me out with a basic routine i could figure one out but id like to see what you guys would recommend thanks i would appreciate it!
