What supplement do you recommend for the best pumps and in workout enegy supply. I have taken BSN- Nitrix before but didn't really like it.
Any suggestions?

if you just type "superpump" into Google UK, it will come up with loads of web-sites that you can buy it from, and just have a little scout around and see who's the cheapest, it's definately not £50, maybe £30-ish. A lot of people like standard Creatine Monohydrate instead of some "super" supplement.

But whatever you want to spend your ££'s on mate, is up to you. By the way, i hear Jacked is supposed to be a really good sup pre-workout, sustained energy and good pumps.

vasocharge by scivation..Dont know how much it would cost you but its cheap here

I have used all types of them before, Jacked and NO Xplode work the best for me.
Jacked is best overall for quality and price.
