I've been recently taking ON 100% Gold Standard and have noticed that i have been going to the toilet more (more urine). Is this normal or is there something wrong? I currently take 1 scoop in the morning after breakfast and 1 scoop after training

I've also just got some creatine monohydrate. When is the best time to take it bearing in mind i'm also taking gold standard.

Thanks

you prob just going to bathroom more cause your drinking more....nothing at all to worry about.....and i take my creatine before and after my training.....a lot of people like to take it in the morning and after workout also.......no real wrong time to take it but prob best to have some after workout when your body is like a spunge from the simple carbs and training......

yeah you can take both protein and creatine at the same time whenever you want really, you dont have to take one first, what i do is just toss a scoop of creatine...along with 1.5 scoops protein and some maltodextrin in a shake and have all that about 10-15 minutes after im done working out

i dont take protein powder before my workout, i have a preworkout meal about 1.5-2 hours before i work out, usually with 40-50 g protein, just my personal preference

If you are going to have a shake, i would have it 0.5-1 h before workout, and depending on your weight, bf% etc have between 30-60 g whey in that shake
