hey these are all the supplements i'm taking right now. If you have any advice, I would gladly take them!

-USP Labs Anabolic-Pump
-USP Labs Jacked
-BSN Volumaize
-BSN Cell Mass
-Fish Oil
-ON Procomplex

(I know it seems expensive, but that is not an issue for me.)

Seems like overkill to me, but I've never taken that much product at once. I would say this...

If you're making 10x more gains, then it seems to be working. But I'm betting you're not make big enough jumps to justify blowing out our kidneys.

i would do the usp stack stay off for a couple weeks then do the bsn stack

IMO all you EVER need is protein supps. Everything else is pointless.

I disagree. If the supplements are working and he doesnt mind paying for it than why not. Theres a reason why its a billion dollar industry. No one needs it but we choose to use it. What hes taking might be expensive but all of those are quality products with countless positive feed back. Take USP Labs for example. THis forum is not known for the largest supporter of supplements we all know that. But USP Labs has been very popular here and people are seeing great results. If didnt work this would be the first forum to report that I gurentee it.

I def. feel a difference when I am off my supps compared to when I am on them thats why I continue to buy and try new supps all the time

I'm getting great results from my usp labs products, prime is awesome, and anabolic pump is great too.

i think all these supplements give you a advantage/edge. is it worth the money, it depends on how you think. most people would say no.
IMHO, that's an unecessarily expensive stack. these is an example of a good stack.

weight gainer
whey isolate/low carb protein powder
multi vitamin
joint support
fish oil
flax seed oil
BCAA
creatine monohydrate
pre-workout NO2 product

all you really need is the protein powder though.

and these supplements aren't a particular brand either. you can find these cheap.

the pre-workout supp and the weightgainer might be the expensive stuff but the rest is what it is and really doesn't matter what company you buy it from.

combine this stack with a good nutrition plan and it's anabolic heaven. but without a good diet it's a total waist of money.

looks like a hell of a lot of products dude, i guess if your feeling the need to use so many at one time how do you know which is actually working and which ones are not? mostly looks like over kill on so many at one time, my advice would be to use what works for you, at least you picked some pretty top supplement companys products to be using.. how long have you been actually using this combination of supplements??

Ok i want in on this now, its not too much in my opinion hes not doubling up on any products which is the main thing coupled up with a solid diet you should gain id make sure you have everything in ibanes stack as well the bcaas and the multi vit etc

The stack is alot, but if you don't mind taking like 20+ pills a day then sure. I would do what they said and break the stakes up though.
