I need to ask
1) Is it suitable for Bulking, previously i have used On Whey 100% Protein.
2 ) Kindly tell which is better for me (a) Nitro Core 24 or (b) On Whey 100% Protein.
3) Is there any disadvantages of it?

It's up to you, Nitro Core 24 has different types of protein in it, fast releasing (whey isolates, concentrates, etc) and slow releasing (casein, etc) kinda like
Syntha-6. I personally have never tried the stuff, I just stick to my regular Whey and the rest is up to my diet.
Here's a quote from an ON rep in another old thread about this product:

No, but it's a great tasting protein that is for all day use. Our focus on this one was to nail the taste down and make it the best tasting protein out there. Then we wanted to come up with an affordable protein powder that encompassed many other proteins. It's great for the beginner just starting out and not knowing what to get, and good for the veteran who wants to taste something really good out of their protein.
Also, GNC will only have the Choc, Van, CnC and Straw flavors for a short time as an exclusive. However, in my opinion, the best flavors are Carmel Toffee Fudge and Sensational Cinnamon and they're available to everyone.
Hope that helps,
