Ive been taking 100% whey for as long as I can remember. I'm not complaining about it or anything but I want to try something different. Anyone have any recommendations? Is this mega srp stuff good?
I believe that is a meal replacement shake, 56g of protein per serving but its a blend of casein and whey + 3g of creatine among other things, including amino acids. Usually post workout or in the mornings I prefer my regular whey, I think I would go with Syntha-6 over this, GNC prices are usually expensive as it is.
