depending on your needs and goals there are a huge varity of weight gainers that will fill you up...

ON Serious Mass for example has 200+carbs and 50g of protein. real food is way better but since you have no choice look into a weight gainer. post the amount of protein/carbs you need for this meal so we can better suggest a product for you.

Not a weight gainer, I am big as it is; something in the like 40g protein 40g carb range, moderate fats.

I've never used these, but a couple guys at the gym swear by this stuff: EAS Myoplex Deluxe

Calories 320
Calories From Fat 35
Total Fat 4g
Saturated Fat 1.5g
Trans Fat 0g
Cholesterol 35mg
Total Carbohydrate 27g
Dietary Fiber 8g
Sugars 14g
Protein 53g

I think it's expensive as hell tbh. I would probably try True Mass if need be.

I use to love Myoplex. Eas use to be the hot sh*t when my dad was in his prime so of course when i started out i used all EAS products.
If they still made MyoPro Whey protein i would pay $100 a tub for it. It was 1000x better tasting than even Syntha 6.

Oh and Syntha 6 could be another great choice for a meal replacement has a couple different blends of proteins and 200kcals per scoop.
