So, I have started taking in 50 grams of Maltodextrin/Dextrose in my post workout drink. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks and I like it, it seems to be working well for me. However, I have noticed that on off days when I dont work out and dont drink a post workout Maltodextrin/Dextrose/Protein shake....I get a horrible headache(I work out at around 5 A.M.). I'm guessing it has something to do with my insulin or blood sugar levels. But, Im just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else?? As soon as I eat something with sugar in it, the headache goes away. I just think it's weird.
