Anyone know of a good supp to take to help in drying out.
Getting rid of excess water ect?

well any diuretic will do that...will it not?? also i always find when i take fish oils my skin looks alot thinner and healthier....almost looks dryer but thats me

you can try diraxatone
or more natural way is dandelion.
i have a formula that works well all natural over the counter products that help out alot just its not in hand at this time.

So dandelion works? I typed in diuretic into search on Orbit and that was one of the things that came up... Only $4.95 also.

dandelion helps but it really depends on how dry you are trying to get.It wouldnt get you dry enough for a show IMO

Nah it's not for competition, just to look leaner and more dry. I hold alot of water, sometime I think I hold 2 much lol

Yea, dropped it alot lower then it was before. I used to be a salt junkie.
and I drink alot of water thow...makes up about 90% of my daily fluids, I drink alot of milk and juice also. But mostly water.
