Hi all!!
Iam new to BBD, iam a bit new to BB, but i have studied lots and buying a gymset!!
I have been interested in the site for sometime but haven't posted here or been motivated to start a diet and routine. I have got ideas of how i want to do my supplements, just want some imput on timing, amounts and or suggestions on other gear.
I have been eating clean as for the last 3 months and ready to pop open some of them supplements and rip into my brand new gymset!
In my past ive realised iam a hard gainer.

Wake-Up
• 20g Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
• 600 mls Sports drink
• 1g Wild Bull Carnitine
• 1 Coffee
(Cardio)

Breakfast
• Multivitamin
• 2 Fish Oil Tablets

Lunch
• 2 Fish Oil Tablets

1Hr Before Gym
• 1 Scoop (20.5g) BSN NO-Xplode

15 minutes Before Gym
• 20g Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
• 1g Wild Bull Carnitine
• 40 Grams Slow Digesting Carbs

Immediately After Gym
• 30g Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
• 30g Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein
• 1 litre Sports Drink or 50-80g simple carbs
• 1 Scoop (16g) BSN Cellmass
• 1g Wild Bull Carnitine

With Dinner
• Multivitamin
• 2 Fish Oil Tablets

1Hr Before Bed
• 3 caps ZMA

Immediately Before Bed
• 40g Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein

Iam 23, 6'1'' 205 lbs, looking to bulk up.
All of the protein has got BCAA's in it, and considering BSN Truemass for meals i just dont got time for as i work 10-12 hours a day
Trying to down about 4 litres of water a day. Once i start all the supplements shouldnt be a problem!
Clean 3600 calories on workout days and 2400 on rest days. Which includes all the protein.
1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. =300

Any Ideas of a great split that separates the muscles well would be appreciated as what i make up, i been accidentally hitting muscles the next day.. bit tender.
Ive seen a few but just cant decide!

Thanks!

your diet is terrible bro.....you need to eat...not just drink....you don't eat anything all day...you just have protein shakes which is really bad....they are supplements...not meal replacers....and you don't eat carbs period....so your not going to grow at all....look into the nutrition section for a good bulk diet bro!

i say switch the no explode and your protein preworkout...

prework out carbs/protein are very important 1-2 hours before and the no explode is for the energy and focus.

IMO switch 1Hr Before Gym
• 1 Scoop (20.5g) BSN NO-Xplode

15 minutes Before Gym
• 20g Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
• 1g Wild Bull Carnitine
• 40 Grams Slow Digesting Carbs

those two
