im running out of protein.

heres my plan, finish my cut and then bulk back up once i lose the amount of bf i want...

right now im takin ON procomplex post workout.

question 1: would taking a shake of goldstandard with breakfast help or hinder me?

question 2: should i buy a new bottle of procomplex for post workout? (i workout at night so its a good thing to have the different kinds of protein before bed)

Procomplex is to expensive. Good but not cost effective. Get some regular whey protein. Will do the job. Hard to say if it will hurt you or not because your not watching your numbers. I think you will be fine though. Your not really adding that many calories or fat with protein.

procomplex is on sale 52$ - 30% employee discount = 36.4$ for 5pounds (28 servings) so its competitive for me and money really isnt the point of what i take if **** is going to work i dont mind spending the cash as long as it works ya know? when it comes to my body and nutrition ill spend the extra buck and cut back on something else to compensate

Pro Complex is better as a meal replacement 8 different sources of protein make up the 60g of protein and IMO if you were going to drink any kind of shake with breakfast i would say drink Pro Complex. And Whey isolate after your workout as a fast acting protein source.

Well it's slow and fast digesting proteins.

Having a shake in the morning is fine bro, in fact, most people tend to do that it they're strapped for time. Everyone covered everything pretty well, but even on a cut you should seek whole foods before bed. Cosign TO also, Pro Complex is a bit much for a simple product like whey.

Another thing to keep in mind is the chances of protein converting to fat are slim to nil. Keep an outlook on calories and you're set!
