Having a shake in the morning is fine bro, in fact, most people tend to do that it they're strapped for time. Everyone covered everything pretty well, but even on a cut you should seek whole foods before bed. Cosign TO also,
Pro Complex is a bit much for a simple product like whey.
Another thing to keep in mind is the chances of protein converting to fat are slim to nil. Keep an outlook on calories and you're set!
