Well I by no means want to be a bodybuilder. I just want to obtain a nice body by summertime. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week but am on break this week so I want to go maybe 6 days. I have seen improvement in my strength and endurance (especially with cardio) and wanted to try a combo.
I used to take
Hydroxycut Hardcore and ordered more last night. I already still have a 14 day supply left from last month. I feel I should take it again because I did see some results last time and had no jitters or anything. I started again today with 1 pill in the morning when I woke and 1 30 minutes before my workout. Wow I had so much energy today at the gym. I usually can go 3 miles on the bike at around 13.5 mph but today I went 5 miles at 15-15.5 mph and was sweating a lot and felt great afterwards. I also did some ab workouts and arms/pecs/triceps.
I have
Muscle Milk at home (chocolate mmm) and I always mix it with skim milk when I get home after the gym. I take around 10-12 oz of milk with 2 scoops. ( although today I did like 15oz to finish off the milk.)
Anyways I was wondering if this is an okay combination. I will be up to 2 pills 2x daily and muscle milk maybe every other workout or so and the gym 5-6 days a week.
I have chub on me and mostly in the pecs and abs. My lower half is a lot stronger than my upper half.
What do people think of this combo? do you think I could see results in about 1 1/2-2 months if I keep doing this? Has anyone else done this before?
I eat well. Only whole grains, good protein from lean sources and I cut out any "bad" fats. I lost some weight without Hydroxycut Hardcore but I don't know if it was fat or muscle or water or what. I want to focus on losing fat first then my ideal weight being fit is around 200-210 pounds.
I am 5'10" and my weight right now is anywhere from around 186-190 pounds.
