Muscle Milk and Hydroxycut Hardcore?

Well I by no means want to be a bodybuilder. I just want to obtain a nice body by summertime. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week but am on break this week so I want to go maybe 6 days. I have seen improvement in my strength and endurance (especially with cardio) and wanted to try a combo.

I used to take Hydroxycut Hardcore and ordered more last night. I already still have a 14 day supply left from last month. I feel I should take it again because I did see some results last time and had no jitters or anything. I started again today with 1 pill in the morning when I woke and 1 30 minutes before my workout. Wow I had so much energy today at the gym. I usually can go 3 miles on the bike at around 13.5 mph but today I went 5 miles at 15-15.5 mph and was sweating a lot and felt great afterwards. I also did some ab workouts and arms/pecs/triceps.

I have Muscle Milk at home (chocolate mmm) and I always mix it with skim milk when I get home after the gym. I take around 10-12 oz of milk with 2 scoops. ( although today I did like 15oz to finish off the milk.)

Anyways I was wondering if this is an okay combination. I will be up to 2 pills 2x daily and muscle milk maybe every other workout or so and the gym 5-6 days a week.

I have chub on me and mostly in the pecs and abs. My lower half is a lot stronger than my upper half.

What do people think of this combo? do you think I could see results in about 1 1/2-2 months if I keep doing this? Has anyone else done this before?

I eat well. Only whole grains, good protein from lean sources and I cut out any "bad" fats. I lost some weight without Hydroxycut Hardcore but I don't know if it was fat or muscle or water or what. I want to focus on losing fat first then my ideal weight being fit is around 200-210 pounds.

I am 5'10" and my weight right now is anywhere from around 186-190 pounds.

besides muscle milk having fat in it and there being better protein sources its an okay protein... ON 100% goldstandard is a better protein because of the added amino's and low fat content... not a fan of hydroxycut but if its workin keep on with it.

to simply answer your question of if its a good combo, its not the best possible combo but it is definitely acceptable. ON 100% goldstandard + hydroxycut IMO would be the best

I feel your kinda shooting yourslef in the foot, hydroxycut or w/e it is, is a weight loss product muscle milk is a weight gain product although its not a weight gainer with masses of carbs it still has a highish calorie value i say

use your fat burner with low fat/low carb whey (gold standard as mentioned)

then

bulk with heaps of food and your muscle milk

So should I take the ON Gold Standard 100% Whey now while I am taking Hydroxycut Hardcore? Or should I wait till after I am done with HH and happy with the fat loss?

It looks reasonably priced and I like the flavor variety.

protein should be low to zero carb, something like vpx zero carb or dymatize iso 100. both isolated protein.

like others mentioned muscle milk has tons of fat calories for the amount of protein it contains.
