I've been lifting seriously for two years now and in that span I've tried many different supplements and have spent a lot of money. I've had some stuff work for me and then after a while it gave me little results. I know that this a pretty broad topic but if anyone can give me some good solid supplements to take it would be great. My goal is to gain strength and bulk, I'm willing to try and supplements that you guys may suggest.

Your basics are:

Whey protein powder
Creatine Monohydrate
Multi Vitamin Tablet
Fish oil tablets
Branch chain amino acids / amino acids

Then you have pre workout formulas which help with getting good pumps and strength in the gym.

No Xplode
Jacked
Nano Vapour
Red Mist

and sooo on.

There are many different brands of each. If you tell us what you would be interested in taking we can point you in the right directions brands wise.

solid post... givin your specs will help us suggest a weight gainer or a protein powder depending on how much bf you have and if your a hard gainer ect ect. post as much info on ur daily diet and food intake as possible.

supplements are only there to help add thing things you cant get enough of from food. ie eating 200-250g of protein is very hard but if you knock that down to 150 because you did a 50g protein shake well now its more reasonable to reach your goal

What does your diet look like also?

Supplements come second to a solid diet and hard training.

My routine is:

Monday: Chest and triceps
BB Bench Press- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
BB Incline Bench Press- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
BB Decline Bench Press- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
DB Incline Flies- 3 sets of 8, 6, 4
BB Close Grip Bench Press- 3 sets to failure
Bar Dips- 3 sets to failure
DB Skull Crushers- 3 sets- 8, 6, 4

Tuesday: Legs
Squats- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
Leg Extensions- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Leg Curls- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Calf Raises- 5 sets to failure

Wednesday- OFF

Thursday- Back and Bicepts
Deadlift- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
Lat Pulldowns- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 ,3
Seated Cable Pulls- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 3
BB Rows- 3 sets to failure
DB Alternating Curl-5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Preacher Curl- 4 sets of 8, 6, 4, 4
DB Alternating Cross Body Curl- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4

Friday: Shoulders
BB Military Press- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
DB Arnold Press- 4 sets of 8, 6, 4, 3
DB Shrugs- 4 sets to failure
Front Plate Raise- 3 sets to failure
Pull Ups- 30 Reps

I'm currently taking ON Protein which I'm actually pleased with. I have been switching Pre-workout supplements like NO Xplode, Nano Vapor, White Flood, and SuperPump because they work but then I always gain tolerance for them. The last creatine I took was SizeOn but I'm looking to see if there's anything better. Animal Pak. Leukic Hardcore, which hasn't done much of anything for me, I can't even tell if I've gotten any gains from it.

I'm 21. 6'2, 235 lbs.

Any idea what BF% you are?

Pictures would be good.

As for creatine....good ol creatine monohydrate works just as good as any of that muscletech crap that's out on the market today. It's cheap effective and easy to find. 5g pre and post workout and youll be fine. Any brand will do. Find the most powder for your money

I would suggest a multivitamin and maybe a fish oil tablet to take in the mornings once a day to help with your body's needs.

You might want to add another exercise or 2 for triceps on a monday but other than that it looks all good mate.
You have a good protein brand there so stick with it. What flavour you got? I have double rich chocolate. BLEUGH.

I got Strawberry. Easy to mix with water, milk, or yogurt. I actually do take a fish oil as well, but yeah I'll try and get some photos up.

I'm using cellmass and NO explode and its working pretty good, Ive also been using ON Complex Pro Gainer its been pretty sweeellll
