BB Close Grip Bench Press- 3 sets to failure
Bar Dips- 3 sets to failure
DB Skull Crushers- 3 sets- 8, 6, 4
Tuesday: Legs
Squats- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
Leg Extensions- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Leg Curls- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Calf Raises- 5 sets to failure
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Back and Bicepts
Deadlift- 5 sets of 10, 6, 4, 2, 2
Lat Pulldowns- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 ,3
Seated Cable Pulls- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 3
BB Rows- 3 sets to failure
DB Alternating Curl-5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Preacher Curl- 4 sets of 8, 6, 4, 4

Friday: Shoulders

Front Plate Raise- 3 sets to failure
Pull Ups- 30 Reps
I'm currently taking ON Protein which I'm actually pleased with. I have been switching Pre-workout supplements like
NO Xplode, Nano Vapor,
White Flood, and
SuperPump because they work but then I always gain tolerance for them. The last creatine I took was
SizeOn but I'm looking to see if there's anything better.

Leukic Hardcore, which hasn't done much of anything for me, I can't even tell if I've gotten any gains from it.
