What are you talking about. U.S is one of the most responsive when it comes to quality control. Everyone sues the hell out of everyone. After that peanut Butter scare the whole Supplement industry went on alert right away. We knew within days what wsa to be recalled and maijor distributors were even taking back recalls without even knowing for sure if certain products were affected.
