last creatine cycle i did, this worked very well for me. it felt like i was on a pro-hormone except without the strength increase. i just felt like i had so much more stamina
increase water intake to 1.5 gallons a day if your daily activities besides working out are low. if they're high, drink 2-2.5 gallons.
week 1
take 30g of creatine daily
take 10g in the morning with your breakfast if you workout late afternoon or take this serving later at night if you workout in the morning.
you can mix this with, apple juice, grape juice, or your protein powder.
take 10g of creatine monohydrate about one hour before the workout.
then, take another 10g of creatine monohydrate with your post-workout shake or your post-workout meal.
weeks 2-8
take creatine at the same time but lower dosage by 1/2. so you're taking 5g three times a day.
idk, this worked better for me than just taking 5-10 grams a day.
