hey mike,, i actually have some stuff called AAKG, which is L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate powder, the info i read says ""For optimum results, take 1500-3500 milligrams 30 minutes before training. This will increase muscle pump and fullness. You can also take 1500 milligrams 3 times a day with creatine-based products to aid muscle growth.""
