Ok I am wondering if its ok to combine protein.
Like I have this old protein that I couldnt force my self to take cause it tasted terrible, and now I have some syntha-6 which is...hella good. I was wondering if its ok if I mix my 2 scoops of Syntha with like a scoop of the other protein, I am pretty sure nothing bad would happen but I am just making sure. I just dont like having a tub of protein that I will never use by it's self.

Not a problem at all. I've done it before to make bad tasting protein taste better.

The worst thing is gagging down bad protein you bought..... I had some that made me shudder to even start to put the shaker to my lips lol

Haha yeah I had some that was so bad that it actually triggered my gag reflex just by the smell or thought of it. And I don't really have sensitive taste buds.

syntha6 does taste amazing. Choco Mint ... mmmmmmmmmmmm....

And yes, i have mixed brands like that many times. After you finish your sytha you should try the ON 100% Whey, cheaper and better than syntha in my opinion.

How come a lot of the time the best tasting proteins cost more and the good priced ones taste like coffee, dog **** and old beans
