I will start new supplement session these days and I plan to use next:
- EAS Phospagen Creatine mono
- Nutrabolics Anabolic Window
- Universal Real Gains

I should get at least 4 - 5 kg by using this for 4 weeks.This is my plan how to take this :
Training days :
- Creatin in the morning and after training. First week during the loading 10 gr in the morning and 10 after workout and later 5 gr. in the morning and 5 after workout.
- Anabolic Window after training.On 100 gr. it gives 30 gr.of protein,43gr carbs and 12 gr. of Anabolic shock matrix
- Real Gains in the morning and before bed.100 gr. in the morning and 100 before bed. I think in 100 grams of it there is 35 gr of protein and other is mostly carbs.

Non-training days :
- Creatin 5 gr. in the morning
- Real gains 50 gr in the morning and 50 before bed.

Ofcourse I will take dextrose with creatin.30-40 gr. of dex with each serving of creatin.

Is it better to take creatin before and after training or in the morning and after training?I tried only this before and after training,thats why I plan to take now in the morning and after training.
I train 4 days in a week.

i believe that taking 10g`s of creatine in one serving is a waste, since its been proven that 5g`s is all you need at one serving,, looking at the universal gains,, damn 87 grams of carbs and 52 grams of protein all before bed?? yea your going to gain weight but its not the kind that is pretty to look at,,
looks to me like your anabolic window is pretty much a post workout drink, so your covered there, i would say yea throw the creatine in along with your shake, but really only 5g`s will be needed, i usually take my creatine before and then after my workout, seems everyone has their preference, other wise you supplement stack looks ok,, i`m not a big fan of weight gainers, but i`m not bashing them either,, there are a few things you could add along with your stack like some bcaa`s some fish oil or flax seed oil pills, a multi-vitamin,
anyway hope this helps your questions a bit

There is 35 gr. of protein before bed,not 52. In 100 gr. of Real Gains there is 35 gr of protein.
Dont know about creatine.I think it is good for me to take 10 gr before and 10 gr. after training only in the first 5-7 days of loading phase.After that I will use only 5 before and 5 after workout.On the days when I dont train I will take only 5 gr. of creatine in the morning or during the day.
I was thinking to put some multi vitamin with all this.
I dont need BCAA's because in this anabolic window post workout supplement there is 12 gr of Anabolic shock matrix which is :
L-Leucine Ethyl Ester,L-Agginine Ethyl Ester,L-Citrulline Ethyl Ester,L-Norvaline Ethyl Ester,N-Acetyl-l-glutamine,L-Glycine,Magnesium Creatine Chelate,Methylguanidinoacetic Acid,Micronized taurine,K-R-ALA.

I like how everything in anabolic window is "ethyl ester" which really there is not a big need with BCAA as they are already very viable by the body. Ethyl ester ended up being mostly marketing. Anyway....

There is zero need to load creatine this has been proven. Really 5g TOTAL a day works great but 5g pre and post is a good idea I think. I don't like Weight gainers either especially at night. You don't want a bunch of (or any) carbs before bed because they won't be used as fuel and since you are bulking they will most like go to fat stores because your glycogen pools should be filled up. Just saying.

Yeah I know for creatine,thanks for advice.I will take it without loading week.Only 5g before and 5 after.
Problem is that I have 71kg and 181 cm,so I need a lot of protein and carbs to get some more kg.I had 80 kg but I stoped training for 3 months,stoped eating well,drink less water than usual....started drinking a lot of beer and that made me lost 8-9 kg...Now I must bring it back.

I finished with this supplements.It worked good.4.5 kg of lean muscle. Now I plan to take something else.
Did anybody used CEO from Nutrabolics? I heard it is really good creatine.
Horse power of ultimate nutrition is just waste of money.2 friends of me take it and no results.NOZ and NO-xplode are better 10 times.
