I will start new supplement session these days and I plan to use next:
- EAS Phospagen Creatine mono
- Nutrabolics Anabolic Window
- Universal Real Gains
I should get at least 4 - 5 kg by using this for 4 weeks.This is my plan how to take this :
Training days :
- Creatin in the morning and after training. First week during the loading 10 gr in the morning and 10 after workout and later 5 gr. in the morning and 5 after workout.
- Anabolic Window after training.On 100 gr. it gives 30 gr.of protein,43gr carbs and 12 gr. of Anabolic shock
matrix
- Real Gains in the morning and before bed.100 gr. in the morning and 100 before bed. I think in 100 grams of it there is 35 gr of protein and other is mostly carbs.
Non-training days :
- Creatin 5 gr. in the morning
- Real gains 50 gr in the morning and 50 before bed.
Ofcourse I will take dextrose with creatin.30-40 gr. of dex with each serving of creatin.
Is it better to take creatin before and after training or in the morning and after training?I tried only this before and after training,thats why I plan to take now in the morning and after training.
I train 4 days in a week.
