what do you think of gnc mass xxx? i have a tub i received for free and was wondering if its a good weight gainer, otherwise im just gunna throw it out lol.

did a search and found alot of you liked serious mass and true mass... serious mass has too many carbs for me because i used to be the fat kid

and im afraid of it comming back and true mass seems pretty good

if you think its **** suggest your weight gainer

i like up your mass by mhp too its pretty good but if your worried about carbs then why are you taking a weight gainer?

exactly the worst is that you will gain weight lol weather it be muscle or fat

I've had it before and it's pretty good. A little bit over priced but so is everything at GNC. Watch out though, I had the banana cream flavor and my farts were explosive and smelled like rotting banana cream

I had a tub of True Mass, taken straight after every work out, with a well structured diet and workout routine, and i put on 4lbs after one tub. I found it a really good product and will prob use it again.

yes it was what im asking... you dont like GNC brand so u suggested your own.... thank you for the advice

I just got the same stuff, I'm taking it at breakfast and before bed, not sure how good it works yet but it seems very sugary to me. I'm taking 3 scoops in milk at breakfast and 2 scoops at night in water before bed.

I prefer making my own weigt gainers with whey. More cost effective and provides better nutritional value than anything weight gsiners have.
