amount of protein in post workout shake

for all of you who think your body can only handle "40grams" go watch... ronnie takes in 100grams. yeah yeah i know thats for ronnie coleman but the point is to show those of you that its body dependent on how much you can take in and its not a set number

i did think about it lol if i just placed it over here i would of gotten the "wow dumbass this is a video it goes in the video thread" and if it was only in the video section it wouldnt have gotten the attention that i think it needed for the popular debate of how much protein you can absorb
