I would say NO and Preworkout supps would be on the lower end of my must have bodybuilding list:
1. Food & H20 (good clean food can make ALL the difference)
2. Whey
3. Multivitamin/Mineral
4. Fish oil
5. Creatine
6. Other supps (Test booster, NO, preworkout, fat burner)
7. Exotics
Also:
Orbit and Nutraplanet would be the two places I would even think of giving my business too. |
Sorry guys, I should have left the limited budget part out and let the title of my post be "is a N.O. product worth the money?" I guess everyone truly has a limited budget. Didn't mean to paint the wrong picture.
Hope you guys don't mind, I've got some more questions based on the post from Grambo:
1. My food intake is 6-8 clean meals a day and I drink a ton of water so I am good on this one.
2. For protein I usually stick with
muscle milk but I am certainly open to everybody's suggestions if there is a better bang for the buck.
3. I am taking a multi-vitamin everyday but again it is the generic store brand. Is that good enough?
4. I am not taking any fish oil in but will pick some up when I am at the supp store next.
5. I am taking creatine 30 days on 10 days off, 1 teaspoon in the morning and one before my workout. I am taking the Precision Engineered brand Creatine monohydrate and it makes me sick to my stomach most of the time. Is it creatine or the brand that is making me sick?
6.It sounds like N.O. is worth checking out and isn't a waste of money so I am going to pick up the Jacked stuff based on all the recommendations. I will be sure to follow up with results.
7. Don't know what exotics are but they sound expensive and I haven't figured out the basics yet.
Sorry to hit you guys with so many questions at once. I am new to this so please accept my apologies if my post should be split into several different threads. I really appreciate all the responses.
