5g pre, 5g post. You could do the pre workout dose in the morning instead. When you do the post, put it with your post workout shake that should have whey protein and a fast acting carbohydrate (dextrose, maltodextrin, or waxy maize starch) and your good to go!

cosign, **AFTER LOADING**

make sure you load at around 15-20g for the first week. 20g is easier, 10 pre or morning (as mikey suggests) and 10 post

it actually works the same as taking it post loading, it just takes a bit longer for the results to kick in

^Yeah but I remember reading a study that All Star posted about creatine saying somehting about not loading and going 3 days on and three off on the creatine. I might try something like that and see if it really is better/

What our peoples feelings on the capsule style creatines where there is no loading phase, you just take a couple of caps daily. Might be called Kre-alkalyn?

It's the disolve rate.. Powder gets into your blood stream quicker.. But the disolving caps do work pretty fast.. Try it and see.
