Tyler is correct. PowerFULL will cause an HGH peak at ~32 minutes after consumption. If you dose 10 minutes pre-training, you will see your highest HGH levels ~22 minutes in to your training session.
Many users will still use PowerFULL due to the Test/LH boosting benefits of the PureSAP (Chlorophytum B.) which will still be present. If you continue with your current layout, in my honest opinion you will see benefits of HGH release. In addition, you will still encounter the 'mind-muscle connection' that people are ranting about.
Also, do not forget to dose pre-bed for those 'anabolic dreams' and neural recovery/restorative properties.
