G'day again guys, first off I'd like to appologise if this has (it must have been...) covered in detail before, I couldn't find exactly what I wanted using the search function, so bear with me:

I'm looking for a reasonable post-workout / recover supplement, as my new split is putting a bit more strain on my body than when I was on a full-body routine.

I'm not talking protein BTW, I already have my mind set on OPTIMUM 100 WHEY GOLD for my protein intake.

To give you an idea, these are some products I've had my eyes on and like the sound of:

*BSN CELLMASS
*Controlled Labs PURPLE WRAATH
*Muscle Asylum ANABOLIC OD
*MuscleTech ANABOLIC HALO

NOW, before I am ripped to shreds for suggesting a MuscleTech product, please note it is only included because I like the SOUND AND DESCRIPTION of the product and thus how they market it, and any products with simmilar descriptions, I'm not actually considering it.

So, for all you stacking veterans and Uber-junkies out there, what would you recomend in the way of products above? I'm sure I've missed plenty, and maybe missed the marked on some above...

Any help would be much appreciated guys, my first paycheck has just rolled in, and much like my girlfriend in a Myer store, I go giddy surfing supplement stores!

thanks,

Jezzz

I would say look into Scivation Xtend, above any of those products.

Save your money from Muscle (aslymul or tech).

Xtend and purple wraath are the best AA supplements.

Post workout I owuld just make my own with whey and IMO oats and banana. (Some like WMS)

Many thanks to everyone for the advice!

I'm now deciding between SizeOn and Purple Wraath, whichever I can get my hands on with relative ease.

Both have decent reviews and such.

I would say research the differences between Purple Wraath and Xtend.
