yea a cup of Joe 45m to an hour prier to cardio seems to be a cheap fat burner .But like everything else i think it should be cycled because you body gets used to it .

I was drinking a large black coffee during my workout. I don't get all hyped up or anything from it but it did raise my core temp a little and made me feel a little better and want to workout and be there. Working out cold doesn't make for a good time. Another thing is if you drink coffee it's best to be drank straight black because the cream blocks all the antioxidants in it.

Yea, I always drink a cup of joe before working out. Also, have noticed lately in my gym people drinking coffee while working out, as gringo had stated..

lol.. Yeah wide load is right. I need some lipo on this thing..lol.. Yeah coffee has a lot of antioxidants in it and so does green tea. Thinks like blueberries and cranberries are still a better choice because of the negative effects coffee can have but if you drink it you might as well get the full benefits out of it!
