multi (one AM, one PM... its a 2-a-day vitamin)
superpump 250 (preworkout)
sizeon (during workout)
procomplex (post workout)

should i add in a bcaa, fishoil, or something else? i see a lot of members taking those which i don't. procomplex has alot of bcaa's in it already so thats why i figure i dont need it.

goals = get huge with minimal body fat increase

before anyone says anything about diet, my diet is as straight as its going to get :)

ok well yes add bcaa or protein i dont know a whole lot of supps but you need protein after your workout mainly one high in leucine because it is the amino that triggers protein synthesis

procomplex = 60grams of protein, 6.4g of leucine, all the other aminos i dont remember grammage though lol

60 gms of protien at one sitting is too much.

The human body can only assimilate 50 grams of protein in one sitting. If you eat any more than that, it will not be assimilated by your body and will just get flushed.

That's why it is usually recommended that one has 20-30 grams of protein per meal for 3-6 meals per day as well as 10-20 grams of protein in a couple snacks per day.

By spacing out your dosage, you're allowing your body to make the most of everything you eat.

true but only to a certain extent. each body is different and post workout is when your body can absorb the most amount of protein. someone who is 100lbs vs 180lbs cant absorb as much as same goes for 180 vs 250. it has to do with the amount of muscle mass your body has.

There is no set amount that the body can or cannot handle in one sitting. That number of about 50 has no scientific backing and really bodies are so different that something that absolute would be impossible, just about, to figure out.

Also Procomplex is whey/casien blend right? I would get soem straight whey for after workouts if it is.

As far as fish oil I would ALWAYS have some on hand that stuffs almost magic lol Find some good bulk ones I have Nutraplanets bulk 1000 caps.

BCAAs are great to have and use but not absolutely necessary and are really best utilized in a cut.
