hey guys been drinking xtend grape flavored, and tell you the truth taste like cough syrup, i ad 5 gr of creatine(unflavored), and 5 gr of glutamine (unflavored), do all xtend flavors taste that bad? thanks for the advise guys

from what i hear grape is the worse flavor man watermelon all the way.also i have tried orange not bad

I have tried orange and lemonade, lemonade is a lot better than orange. I would go with Watermelon though, that seems to be the favorite.

Oh you have grape. grapes the worst I have tried grape,watermelon, and refreshing green apple. Watermelon tastes like koolaid or fruit punch and same with green apple. Green apple and watermelon are similiar.

I loved Apple, its kinda like a sour apple taste. Watermelon is second and Lemonade is pretty darn good as well. Its kinda refreshing. I think its better to have at least two diff flavors and switch them up.
