superpump250 is what i take preworkout. 1-2 hours before you should have some type of complex carbs. dont stuff yourself with it but eat enough of them.

Cosign^^

Just try to eat oatmeal or brown rice before and than should give you plenty of energy.

And for supplements a nitric oxide isn't needed but can provide great energy, look into USPLabs Jacked.

The thing is i tend to have my pre-workout meal at work and here theres not facility here to make any flashy meals. hence i rely on my weight gainer shake to fuel me before the workout.. Im Looking into an NO product. ive tried creatine in the past which has worked.. but amount of water retention is ghastly

Good call, I got 2 in the initial sale. I liked it....but the only thing was it really didnt hit me as hard as id like and maily let me focus and have a good clean energy. I like things that send u into aggressive gotta lift mode. haha
