its an ok first time ph, i have used it put on some mass with no sides and you can use formadrol for pct. dont expect to much from it but its ok for a first run. would have rather used something like havoc instead of m1d

You need to wait at least until you are 21 and have at least 5 years of training experience. Your body's endocrine system isn't fully developed yet, PLUS you are so young that your test levels are high already and you do not need to be putting exogenous hormones into your body to gain muscle mass.

i dont think theres any need for PH as yet wait till your about 24years old
but im only 15 just my opinon

hey thanks for the info, I have just been seeing ads of it online and places, just curious about it. sounds like it does more harm than good and not worth the money. thanks again
