You can still take your creatine as you normally would. Black Powder is simply a Nitric Oxide formula which dilates your blood channels and gives you a fuller pump. I get great pumps from it. The idea is that the dialation of the blood vessels allows more nutrients and oxygen to the muscles to aid in growth and recovery. It also has stuff like caffiene, green tea etc. that is used as a pre workout stimulant. It can give you "the shakes" and even make you feel a little sick to your stomache especially if you are not used to taking these stimulants. Good Luck with your training.

Black Powder is DOPE!! Most people who know me on this board know that I'm a giant skeptic when it comes to nitric oxide products, but this stuff is nuts. Could be a placebo, could be the caffeine, I don't know, but my workouts have been noticeably better when taking this supp. It makes me want to keep working out and never stop. It's gotten insanely popular with all my co-workers too.

Now I want to try USP Labs Jacked to compare the two.

Yep it does have some creatine in it, not monohydrate though. I use the Black Powder and I personally only take creatine post workout. My brother-in-law also uses Black Powder but he does creatine pre and post. So to answer your question I think it is a personal choice see how your body reacts to both. I agree with you on it being a little pricey. I am thinking I might try Plasma Jet when I finish off this Black Powder. It gives you the pumps without the stimulants. I think Mike40+ was commenting on how much he was liking it(Plasma Jet).

As damenrn has said there is a small amount of a creatine blend in it amounting to 2001mg so if your used to more you could top up the black powder with some extra creatine if needed.

I have used black powder in the past and found the pump very good but that the effects wear off quickly during a session. I have gone through a fair number of pre-workout supplements and found that phased or time-released ones more suitable to myself as i have been able to push through my sessions to the end a lot better. but as with everyone a little bit of trial and error is neccessary to see what suits you best. My personal favourites are isatori morph (tho like the black powder a lil pricey) and labrada supercharge exreme N.O.
