Take supps to lose fat while doing cardio and diet but being over 20 % BF?

I'm thinking to just carry on with diet and cardio for a month or so before thinking about supping for weight loss.

ya save them to the end of your cut cause those last 10 pounds are the hardest so you might want a little kick at the end of it

As you already saw in the other fat loss supplement thread, I have experience good gains with Phenadrine. Granted, I would recommend waiting to use it until you are atleast under 15% bodyfat as losing bodyfat will become increasingly difficult. Once you enter the "final 10 pound zone" or whatever, that is once you are at a low bodyfat; the combined effects of proper refeed days as well with the use of a thermogenic will keep fat loss at an optimum rate. Good luck, N88tr and thanks for the reps!

i dont know,i say yes use them at any bf level, since if your doing the diet and working hard with the training that the fat burners will help you achieve your loss, and there is nothing like motivation in watching your body loose the fat, however, i dont agree with just using a fat burner and not having your diet in proper order, they are not a miracle pill for a lazy diet..
