I wanted to ask a question about creatine.

I got a tub a while back, now it's gone, from ASN [American Sports Nutrition] back when I shopped at the Apple Nutrition store, that over-priced ****house.

Well that stuff, when I mixed it with water, dissolved completely and was easy to drink.

I got another brand online back maybe 2 months ago and this stuff stick on the bottom of my cup, like sand. It's not all that easy to get down, I have to swish water on the bottom of the cup and then get in into my mouth this way.

Has anyone else experienced "sandy" creatine like I have or is this a bad product?? I want to start up another cycle of the stuff but I don't want to take something that isn't what it's claiming to be.

Both products were micro-filtered creatine.

Agree with TO, creatine will not dissolved in water so keep swirling it around and drinking it while it is still spinning will hopefully eliminate the "sandy texture". The texture has nothing to do with the quality of creatine by the way. I have been using Optimum Nutrition's Micronized Creatine Powder and highly recommend it the next time you get Creatine.

Cosign with the posts above
Could be that the stuff you got before was cheap and had alot of filler thats why it dissolved better
