I dont like Splenda®, and etc, so I'm replacing sugar with Stevia, what do you all think?????????????????????

according to most holistic nutritionists stevia is the most 'healthy' substitute sweateners available right now. Most that I have talked to are very anti-sucralose (splenda)....

I myself take splenda on occasion, but I'm not much of a holistic type of guy, plus I never really cared for the taste of stevia...

But ya, Stevia sounds like a great call

Stevias good, with the added benefit of lowering BP. I have been using both. I just try not to use alot of either, I'm sure something will be out about Stevia causing cancer or something in the future or lowering natural hormone production but till then just use it on occassion. Dont really see a problem with using splenda the same way just dont over use it and you'll be fine.

Splenda contains one gram of Maltodextrine per gram. And Stevia doesn't...It's good to use.
