Creatine monohydrate. There have been diffrent opinions on whether or not creatine will inhibit fat loss or not, so read the research and decide for yourself.

mate, from what i've tried and seen written on the different brands containers there isnt much difference between most types of creatine. the only thing that sways my decision is the cost

i think it comes down to the price and taste of the creatine. i have had some really awful tasting ones and have thrown them out

ya def creatine mono but you should really do a search before asking because there are 100000000 threads about what is the best creatine and from my personal experience i don't think creatine aids fat loss....

Depends if you want powder or pills.

Powder:
1. Creatine Mono Bulk (Gluconate is great too)
2. Green Magnitude
3. Sizeon has good reviews

Pills:
1. Neovar (one of my favs, mono + insulin potentiators)
2. Cre02

It wouldnt aid fat loss directly but it helps keep ATP levels high with the reduced carb intake inturn allowing you to train harder, keep more muscle mass, in turn burning more fat

For a powder, and assuming you are not taking a Micro Creatine Mono, then I would suggest Green Magnitude by Controlled Labs.

I like the fact that it is has a chelate and DiCreatine Malate.... Not sure if it will be much more beneficial than mono for you, but it does taste good....appears to have a good absorption rate without sugar(the chelate is suppose to stay stable at the low PH range in the stomach)...... and is price reasonable.

Either way....take it daily the same time of day...earlier in the day might be better. Keep your water intake above a gallon a day IMO.

Look into a Kre-Alkalyn supplement instead of a creatine powder.

I've been using it since it came out years ago. The most poplular form is made by Sci-Fit. The effects are 2fold that of Monohydrate. I know alot of guys who tried it after I told them about it and said that it was indeed beter than standard creatine. You can google it to find out more about it, since i can't post URLs yet.

It's just what I use man, and farily inexpensive and easy to take since it's a pill form. If your going to try it, they have an improved for called Kreation.

^^^^^^^^^^^ no man wouldn't go making the clame that its effects are 2 fold better because i dont believe that for a second. The company making it will tell you it is, but hell they will tell you its 100 times better but doesnt mean its true. I would stick to the creatine mono 5 grams pre workout and 5 grams post workout. I use Dymatize also good stuff and reasonably priced

Cell tech is so so so so so overpriced here is how to make homemade cell tech for about 1/10 the price buy some generic creatine mono $10-20 then buy some dextrose(glucose) its a simple sugar what cell tech uses, its about $10 for ten pounds. So for your post work out mix 5-10 grams creatine with 50-75 grams dextrose and there it is CELL TECH.

Those are some pretty big claims for something that has very little research. Well proven research that is. But Because of that Im not knocking it. I know a lot of peoplpe that like it as well, I just dont think its that much superior than monhydrate.

^^^^^^^^^cell-tech is for post work out the sugar in it is dextrose. It is good to consume post workout for insulin boost and gylcogen replenishing in the muscles even for a big guy.

It's dextrose(glucose), you should be eating 75 grams of simple digesting carbs PWO anyway about it.

I am not 100% sold on just a big dose of sugar or simple carbohydrates postworkout. I use Low GI (Oats ground up) in my shakes and recently I talked to a natural BB in town who is helping with my cut and that is what he said he has always done. I feel so much better comparably when I changed over to Oats PostWorkout, from Dextrose and WMS, that I am never going back.

I am leary especially becuase it causes such a radical insulin spike and doing this 3-6 tmes a week physiologically doesn't seem like the best idea. I also have a family history of diabetes that I am tryin to avoid so it may be different for me as well. I just don't do well with large amounts of sugar/simple carbs anytime of the day really.

Just my 2 cents.

I also think that there are so many things out better than CellTech (not to mention cheaper) that it really is strange that it still has a big following. To each his own though, can't bash it if it works well for you.

I agree with you on the fact that taking a big amount of sugar like that is the best option and makes up for the price of the product. I think a small dose of dextrose is fine and enough to get you to your post workout meal which should be roughly 30 -45 minutes after your workout.

Creatine is good, I use the reg. mono stuff. It works when ATP is converted to ADP, basic biology. You workout and your body creates and releases energy and then repeats the process to keep you going.

Creatine when you take it is stored in your body and when you make ATP that's converted to ADP, creatine helps keep the cycle going.

In short it helps your body produce energy and recover while you work and is supposed to help lower lactic acids which hinder your workout and muscle building.

Any pure form of creatine is great, a lot of blends add who knows what for usually a high price.
