My goal is too drop 25lbs and get alot more ripped.

my buddy reconmended the rv3 but im not sure, because either way i guess they all say they help cut unwanted fat.

the majority of those are prohormones, the rv3 is a combo of three phs. if you take them i hope your over 21, have cycle support, and have a serm like clomid to get your nuts working again. oh and clomid cant be bought over the counter. do your research before buying any rages products as the majority are phs.

Go to the nutrition section and look up cutting diets. Dieting down and doing more cardio are what will really do the work when it comes to losing body fat. Supplements are just a little extra but you have to know what your doing first!

It is the most basic advice out there. But someone seems to always have to say it. No short cuts with supps alone, or everyone would be doing that, myself included(trying to cut myself).
