First time Post:
Hey guys,
I have just started the P90x home workout program. If you are unfamiliar it is a 90 day routine mixing traditional weight lifting, alot of body weight resistance, plyometrics, cardio etc.
I have been a dedeicated BB for 12 years now. Currently I am 5'11" 205lbs about 16% BFat. I feel as though I am at an above average physique but far from where I want to be. At this point I value getting cut over bulk mass. I have decided to try this home system because I have really plateued mentally and physically at the gym.
I am considering adding some supplements to my regimen to promote lean growth, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Here is my current line-up:
High protein diet, low-med carbs
100% Whey Protein AM and post workout
Casein Protein PM
BCAA
MHP Dren - ThermoG
Namely I have been recommended MHP ABomb/TBomb Stack. Thoughts? Other stacks?
