First time Post:
Hey guys,

I have just started the P90x home workout program. If you are unfamiliar it is a 90 day routine mixing traditional weight lifting, alot of body weight resistance, plyometrics, cardio etc.

I have been a dedeicated BB for 12 years now. Currently I am 5'11" 205lbs about 16% BFat. I feel as though I am at an above average physique but far from where I want to be. At this point I value getting cut over bulk mass. I have decided to try this home system because I have really plateued mentally and physically at the gym.

I am considering adding some supplements to my regimen to promote lean growth, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Here is my current line-up:
High protein diet, low-med carbs
100% Whey Protein AM and post workout
Casein Protein PM
BCAA
MHP Dren - ThermoG

Namely I have been recommended MHP ABomb/TBomb Stack. Thoughts? Other stacks?

well personally i dont like any test booster cause they do jack for me and your supps look fine i wouldn't add anything like creatine cause you will just add water to your physique and you will get some gains in muscle and strength if done correctly but you wanna just cut so thats just my thoughts (i think thats what tbomb is test booster:S)

Multivitain/Mineral
Fish Oil

Id do the program for awhile before adding anything else. I know its more fun to have all these supps and stacks from the beginning but from experience they work even better if you use a program or diet consistently for awhile and then when you have begun to plateau thats when supplements really shine.

Keep watching for the infomercial on what supplements to buy. Just kidding, a guy I work with is doing the program and having good results so I can't make fun of it. I wouldn't take anything other than a multivitamin and maybe some protein to keep your number of meals up.

You are not going to make any signifigant gains with that program I would save all the good supps for when you get back in the gym

yeah it would be nice if you could work out for just 90 days and be ripped up!! I just dont beleive anything I see on tv! But it may work for most?
