Need advice on using a test booster please

I used Gaspri's Novadex XT for 4 weeks in the month of december with decent results. Starting January 1st I started a product called T7 and here is a list of the ingredients per serving

ribulus Terrestris-500mg
Eurycoma Longifolia Extract-500mg
ZMA-400mg
Beta-Ecdysterone-300mg
5-Methyl-7-Isoflavone-200mg
4-etioallocholen3,6,17-trione-100mg
6', 7'-dihydroxbergamottin-50mg

my question is how long should I wait before taking my next test booster? I went to GNC and they had the buy one get one half off, so I bought some Whey and some Methyl 1-D XL. BTW I'm 25 years old Thanks in advance

Dude at age 25 you most likely do not need a test booster. Unless you have a hormone deficiency, in which case you should be going to a doctor for HRT. Proper training and diet will keep your test levels at their maximum.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of results did you get from the novadex? What dosages did you run?

Looking at the ingredients for the T7 product it is not going to do much. Tribulus terrestris doesn't do anything. The ZMA is going to be what is really giving your body the test boost, because Zinc and Magnesium are needed for test production and many athletes are deficient. The ecdysterone and isoflavone MAY help but it isn't proven, and they also are thought to take a long time to notice any results. Much longer than 4 weeks.
Finally, the 4-etio is the same ingredient in either novadex or 6-oxo, im not sure, which is just an anti-estrogen. i'm not totally sure what the last ingredient does.

but long story short consider what i said, unless you are getting measurable gains, that are not a placebo effect, you probably are wasting your money, you should spend it on food.

Also, read this thread that i made last night. Its sort of a rant, but its relevant.

I've been in the gym since I was 18 years old pretty solid. I reached a plateu and for the life of me couldn't get any gains no matter how much I ate, and even changing up my workout every 4 weeks wasnt doing Sh*t So I decided to go with a test booster so see if it would help get over this 2 month plateu. Some people say that they don't see any gains from a test boosters (other than the real gear) but after two solid months of no gains all I did different was add Novadex XT and everything went up across the board. I put on 8 pounds in 1 month and my bench went up 20 pounds, and my squats went up 25. I just followed the dosages on the back of the bottle and did 2 every evening just before bed. I did notice that my sex drive went through the roof, and after the 3rd week my temper was set off a little easier. I would definatly do Novadex again, but it being this close to summer and I'm not near as big as I want to be I figure to throw in something a little stronger. Just wasnt sure how long I should wait before I start it again.

As far as the test booster advice link goes... I'm a health 25 year old looking for some decent gains, and I've been in the gym for roughly 7 years and I shouldnt take a test booster? There's guys doing gear 2-3 times a year and I see nothing wrong with doing a test booster IMHO If I were 18, and just started I can defintaly see a big problem with it, but the fact that I am experienced and have a solid diet and workout program there should be no problem.

Well you're part right dude. The thing that I wrote is intended for people who have little experience looking for a quick fix. However, you didn't provide that much info in the first post, so how was I supposed to know that? All you did was post supplement ingredients.

If you really ARE doing everything right and can't break your plateau, then yeah, maybe a test booster would work, which in your case it seems like it did. Although I don't know what your training and rest was like so I can't be sure.

You could also try doing things other than weight training. For example, I was having trouble getting past 185 at the beginning of the semester this fall. I started swimming twice a week and now I am 204.

ya i say screw all these useless products just need to try new things like a-ron said something your not used to and you should break your plateau...a watse of money in my eyes

take the length of time you took the test booster double it and thats how long you should wait.
