best creatine for me, they all work, but overall i would have to say size on. I went straight from regular mono with whey and carbs after workout staright to size on and gained around 11lbs in 30days and added about 10-15lbs on all my lifts.Its pricey, to pricey for me to use all of the time, but if you have the money you cant go wrong with size on.

i use Ast cause thats what someone on here suggested i think u just want straight mono of pretty much any brand but it needs to be micronized to mix better i believe
