Don't waste your money honestly. They don't work for what you would want them for. Don't even know if they even work at all to be honest. Eat and train good and you should be fine.

1. you have only been seriously training 8 months...
2. your only 21...
3. I promise you your diet it not very good due to your body stats.

Try posting your diet and routine along with the other supplements you take. I think you only need FOOD FOOD FOOD AND MORE FOOD. Along with the basic supplement stack of whey, creatine, multi, fish oils, bcaa.

I have been working out for a litlle over year but i real got into it about 8 months ago. i Think my diet is pretty good

Mornings i eat oatmeal along with some eggs and toast and a whey shake, i am currently not talking a pre-workout because im on a off-cycle of NO but i do have a energy bar and another whey shake after my workout, i eat my lunch within a hour of my workout and usually try to have either chicken or fish, then i usually try to eat some kind of protein snacks, for dinner i try to eat a big healthly meal being as i dont eat much after 7 or 8 at night. The reason for my low weight is that i just came off hydroxycut about 2 weeks ago. I'm real new to supplements so im not sure wut esle i should be taking.

dude your 21, you do NOT need a test booster at that age, until you reach your mid 30`s and beyond then maybe look into a test booster,
as far as counting your carbs and protein, and fats its pretty easy if you know the amounts your getting in each meal, look at the label on any foods you have and wright them down in a journal or just a note book, at the end of the day add up all your totals and then multiply the numbers by the corresponding calories for each ,, that looks confusing so let me break it down a bit easier

1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of protein= 4 calories
1 gram of fats = 9 calories

so if you eat lets say a chicken breast with around 40 g, protein you would take 40 x 4(calories) and that = 160 calories
so you would use the same for your carbs and then the same for your fats except fats are 9 calories instead of 4,,
at the end of the day just total up all your total grams of protein and carbs, fats use the the above calculations and that will give you your total calories for the day,
use food labels that are on the boxes or like on your container of protein which will give you a idea of the amounts of your macros in each meal, like i said wright down your daily meals and that will help you figure out your daily intake
as for supplements go, stick with creatine mono, whey protein, get some BCAA`s and get that diet on track,

if you get the plain bcaa`s just so you know they taste like crap, so you will have to mix them with some crystal light or something like that,,

nice job mike

hey godzgift, try posting your diet in the nutrition section

i think you will get some great help there.

i'll tell you right now, you have to let go of that mentality of not eating past a certain time.

A good diet, training, and rest routine is the ultimate test booster. If THOSE aren't on point to begin with then any test booster is pretty not going to be effective. You pointed it out yourself just now - you diet isn't on point because you have trouble counting your carbs and protein. How is that hard? Just count them. Weigh your food if you have to. You obviously aren't gaining because your testosterone production is low, its because YOUR DIET ISN'T ON TRACK. If you don't know anything about how your hormones work, don't mess with them.

So far im taking all the advise im getting from you guys and reading on it more. I'm starting to count my carbs but its hard for me since i live alone in costa rica , dont cook so i have to buy food. I make sure i eat healthy( no mcdonald or bk) but they dont have a chart of how much of what is in each plate.

thats why you need to cook your own foods so you know what your getting in for each meal , that will make counting your daily calories easier

Nearly everyone in here is giving the right advise with regard to diet. But, what about how your training? Are you properly stimulating your muscles enough to promote growth outside the gym? Most people who don't see results in the gym is due to the fact they do way too much work and don't get adequate recovery outside the gym.

But, if you decide to get a test booster, LG science's t-911 is a really good ergogenic aid. It increases test levels as well as act as antiaromitase inhibitor (AI). So, if you decide to get a test booster regardless of what we tell you, I might as well recommend something that will actually work for you vs. a product that doesn't work at all.
