anybody ever use trac

hey guys i posted before on what to drink before you train, like i said sometimes i got to grind out an 8 hour run in a machine, and im mentaly beat.
freind i train with had the same problem until he started using this stuff called trac, and mixing it with bcaa powder, i have bcaas, never herd of trac anybody ever use this stuff its a creatine aint it? thanks

Well if its Trac from MHP, I think its a NO product. I counld be wrong. But I tried MHP's NO product and I liked it. Its a non stimulant preworkout product but the pumps were pretty good.

yea like orbit said if its from MHP then its a pretty good product. It smells like cough syrup, the fruit punch flavor. my frens could tell i was taking trac from a mile away when i was on it coz of the smell. It also gave me the runs but other than that its a good product.

your body chemistry is different so you may not experince the runs like i did. I would say give it a try. MHP is a good brand.

it gave me good pumps but i had to keep my workouts about an hour and haul my ass to the toilet. then i'd stay there for a good 2 hours.
but yea everyone's different.

well theres tracextreme and regular trac i think ill just stay with regular creatine....

I've tried them all & TRAC by MHP gets an OK rating....
There are many good ones to choose from, but the best products in this category from my experience are:

Nano Vapor (MuscleTech)
Cold Fusion EX (LG Sciences)
Jacked (USP Labs)

My new favorite is Anadraulic State (LG Sciences), it has a test booster (AI) in it for us guys over 40....
