I will be starting LX and Anabol5 next week. Goal is to
lean out some while adding a couple pounds. Im currently 5'8 210 13-14%bf and my goal is to get down to 10-11% just to have abs more visable for summer cause im mainly bulking all the way till june then i start cut for my first competition which is in october. I will be posting update pics everynow and then and hopefully it will work cause ive heard nothing but good stuff about them. After 8 weeks if recomp, im hitting 2 M1t cycles consisting of 2 weeks on 2weeks off 2 weeks on. The whole 6 weeks i will be running extreme tren at 60-90mgs a day.
Should be a fun cycle. oh i will be doing light cardio 20mins morning and 20 mins after workout. Workouts will be highvolume with low reps and light rest periods to keep heart going. Mon and thursday-chest shoulders tris
tues and thurs back,bis,legs.
