Recommended Intakes of NO-Xplode and Nitrix for my size

Hi I am new here to this forum and have been working out for the past year or so. I am 18 years old 6 foot tall and about 145 pounds. Im not very big but mainly just cut. I am looking to gain mass and have been drinking 100% Whey protein shakes almost everyday for the past 6 months. I have recently purchased NO-Xplode and the Nitrix Pills. The recommended amount for Nitrix is 3 pills 3 times a day, but I was wondering if anyone knows a better way to take these pills or a better recommended daily intake for my age and size. I also need advice on the daily intake of NO-Xplode too. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.

There really is no set amount for age or weight of those particular products, for the Nitrix follow the directions. As for the NO Xplode you need to gauge your tolerance level, do a few days at 1 scoop, if your feeling it than stick with it until the effects fade, bump it up to 2 and do the same and finally bump it up to 3, once you don't feel it at 3, it is time for you to take a break and let your receptors get cleaned up, take some benadryl and go off a stimmed product for a month.

everything looks solid allstar, only question is what would the benadryl help in coming off a stimmed product??
