I started taking xtend bcaa's and dymatize creatine monohydrate. I understand how to take it on workout days but what about off days like the weekend.

Creatine just take one dose 5g in the morning after your meal. BCAAs don't really need to be taken but I find what I will do sometimes is have a big gallon jug of water and throw a few scoops in there and drink it through out the day.
