When to take whey protein??

Hello guys I have a quick question for yall: After my workout (usually about 1h30), i take a 30min. break before doing some fat burn cardio for about 45min. My question is this : do you think that taking whey protein right after my workout (30min before hitting the treadmill) is best for optimal body absorbtion or after the cardio?? If i take it before the cardio, im afraid my body isnt getting enough time to absorb it properly, and if i take it after the cardio, im afraid that its too long after the workout for optimal absorbtion, can anyone help with this please?? thanks!

yes this is an option^ when i was doing cardio i used to take mine before and then eat after cardio seemed to work really well for me

just do the cardio right wen u get done lifting, the body will be in a better position to burn fat then... get ur whey right after that

i do exactly what your talking about, lift then protein wait 30min or so then run. it worked for me and i liked doing it. definitely worth a try in my book, may not work for everyone though depending on what other supps you take and how you have to take them
